Piggy

A few things of note. I turned 35 yesterday and yes time is marching across my face. My husband just called and wants to buy 1/2 of a pig? Now because I am new here everyone should know I am not the type of gal to have 1/2 of any large animal in the freezer. I do eat meat but WOW. I guess he wants to stock up and save. This is definitely a sign of old age. I am stocking up on pork and apparently will get a side of beef in a few months.

Other than that just working and trying to keep up with life. Does it seem like the never ending roller coaster to anyone else? I mean it's always something. Am I the only one that can't seem to keep up with commuting, working full time in a demanding career, doing things at my home like cleaning, not to mention upkeep like painting and remodeling. I just don't understand. Something needs to be done every minute of everyday. Oil change, pay bills, wash the dog, do the laundry, sit down and read about how to make life easier.

Don't get me wrong I love my life. It just never seems to not be busy. I fall exhausted into bed only to wake up and do it again. I need a vacation or a drastic change.
